Twice Baked Potato Casserole

Hummus


Ingredients

  • ¼ cup diced onion
  • 2 tsp. TRK Roasted Granulated Garlic
  • 3 Tbsp. juice from canned garbanzo beans
  • ¼ tsp. TRK Turkish Cumin
  • 1 pinch TRK Red Pepper (Cayenne)
  • 1 (15 oz.) can garbanzo beans
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil

Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients in small dish. Set aside. Drain juice from garbanzo beans and place in food processor. Add onion mixture, olive oil and lemon juice to food processor. Process on high until smooth and creamy (about 2 minutes)..
