Ingredients

  • 4 kiwis, skin removed
  • 2 bananas, peeled
  • 3 handfuls of spinach
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 tsp. TRK Chinese Ground Ginger
  • 1 cup ice
