Twice Baked Potato Casserole

Global Fusion Flatbreads


Ingredients

  • 2 lavash flatbreads
  • 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 Tbsp. your choice: TRK Mild Sriracha Global Fusion Rub, TRK Spicy Garlic Global Fusion Rub or TRK Smoky Chile Global Fusion Rub
  • 1 cup grated Gruyere cheese
  • ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion

Preparation

Preheat oven to 425°F. Place flatbreads on a baking sheet. Combine melted butter with seasoning and brush or spread over flatbread. Sprinkle with cheese and top with onion. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and flatbread is crisp. Cut and serve..
