Baked Cheddar Artichoke Dip


Ingredients

  • 2 (15 oz.) cans artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 2 cups shredded sharp or extra sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Duke’s Mayonnaise
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp. TRK California Granulated Garlic

Preparation

Preheat oven to 325°F. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour into a pie pan or small baking dish. Cook for about 30 minutes or until bubbly. If desired, broil for a few minutes until top is deep, golden brown. Serve with crackers or bread..
