Twice Baked Potato Casserole

Fajita Kebabs


Ingredients

  • 1 lb. beef, chicken or shrimp
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into pieces
  • 1 cup pearl onions
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • TRK Fajita Seasoning Global Blend, to taste
  • 1 lime, halved

Preparation

  • 1. Alternate pieces of meat or whole shrimp on skewers with vegetables.
  • 2. Sprinkle generously with seasoning and pat to help adhere.
  • 3. Grill or broil, turning every 2-3 minutes, until meat is cooked to desired temperature.
  • 4. Squeeze lime juice over top of cooked skewers before serving.
