Twice Baked Potato Casserole

Everything Bagel Crunch Hummus


Ingredients

  • 1 (15 oz.) can garbanzo beans, drained
  • ¼ cup tahini
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. TRK Everything Bagel Crunch, plus more for garnish
  • ⅛ tsp. TRK Smoked Paprika

Preparation

  • 1. Place drained garbanzo beans, tahini and lemon juice in the bowl of a food processer; pulse 3-4 times. Gradually add olive oil and pulse until hummus is a smooth consistency.
  • 2. Taste, season with salt and pepper if desired. Stir in 1 tablespoon of Everything Bagel Crunch.
  • 3. Place hummus in a serving bowl. Drizzle a small amount of olive oil on top, sprinkle paprika and more Everything Bagel Crunch over all. Serve with tortilla chips, fresh vegetables or pita chips.
