Cucumber Colada


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cucumber, seeded and rough chopped
  • 2 oz. coconut milk
  • 2 oz. *** simple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp TRK Coriander Lime Global Fusion Rub
  • 1 glass of ice
  • 2 oz. rum

Preparation

Place cucumber, coconut milk, simple syrup, and The Spice Hunter Coriander Lime Global Fusion Rub in a blender to create a mixture of the same consistency as Bloody Mary mix. Place ice in a cocktail shaker and add the cucumber mixture, along with rum, and shake vigorously (roughly 2 minutes). Pour into chilled glass with strainer and garnish with cucumber slice dipped in The Spice Hunter Coriander Lime Global Fusion Rub..
