Carrot Cake Overnight Oats


Ingredients

  • ½ cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ cup grated carrots
  • 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
  • ¼ tsp. TRK Pure Vanilla Extract
  • ½ tsp. TRK Highland Harvested Saigon Cinnamon
  • Scant ¼ tsp. TRK East/West Indies Ground Nutmeg
  • 2 Tbsp. raisins

Preparation

  • 1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well until combined.
  • 2. Store covered in the refrigerator overnight.
  • 3. Give a quick stir before eating and top with chopped nuts, if desired.
