Twice Baked Potato Casserole

Black Bean & Corn Dip


Ingredients

  • 1 (15 oz.) can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 (15 oz.) can corn, drained
  • 1 large tomato, diced
  • ¼ cup diced cilantro
  • 1 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp. TRK Steak & Chop Grill & Broil

Preparation

Combine all ingredients and chill for 30 minutes before serving. Serve with tortilla chips..
