
Broccoli Slaw
Ingredients
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. seasoned rice vinegar
- ¼ cup milk
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. TRK India Celery Seeds
- ¼ cup sugar
- ½ tsp. kosher salt
- 6 cups broccoli slaw veggie mix
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- ½ cup sunflower seeds
Preparation
- 1. Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, milk, lemon juice, celery seeds, sugar and salt in a container; mix well.
- 2. Add dressing to remaining ingredients in a large bowl, toss to coat.
- 3. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
