Twice Baked Potato Casserole

Broccoli Slaw


Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. seasoned rice vinegar
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. TRK India Celery Seeds
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ½ tsp. kosher salt
  • 6 cups broccoli slaw veggie mix
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • ½ cup sunflower seeds

Preparation

  • 1. Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, milk, lemon juice, celery seeds, sugar and salt in a container; mix well.
  • 2. Add dressing to remaining ingredients in a large bowl, toss to coat.
  • 3. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
