Twice Baked Potato Casserole

Cranberry Chutney


Ingredients

  • 12 oz. fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ¾ cup water
  • 1 large apple, chopped
  • 2 TRK Whole Indonesian Cinnamon Sticks
  • 1 tsp. TRK Ground Ginger
  • pinch of TRK Ground Madagascar Cloves

Preparation

Bring ingredients to a boil in a saucepan, reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes about 3 cups. .
