
Cranberry Chutney
Ingredients
- 12 oz. fresh cranberries
- 1 cup sugar
- ¾ cup water
- 1 large apple, chopped
- 2 TRK Whole Indonesian Cinnamon Sticks
- 1 tsp. TRK Ground Ginger
- pinch of TRK Ground Madagascar Cloves
Preparation
Bring ingredients to a boil in a saucepan, reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes about 3 cups. .
