Twice Baked Potato Casserole

Blackberry Brandy Sauce


Ingredients

  • 4 cups frozen blackberries
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. brandy
  • ¼ tsp. TRK Ground Madagascar Cloves
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 2 tsp. cornstarch

Preparation

  • 1. Cook blackberries, sugar, brandy and cloves in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes.
  • 2. In a small bowl, dissolve cornstarch in the water and then stir into simmering berries. Cook to desired consistency.
  • 3. Serve over cake or ice cream or with whipped cream.
