Twice Baked Potato Casserole

Panna Cotta


Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup half and half
  • 1½ tsp. TRK Pure Vanilla Extract
  • Fruit or ice cream toppings for garnish

Preparation

Preblend sugar and gelatin in a bowl, set aside. In a heavy saucepan, bring cream and half and half just to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Do not scald. Remove from heat; whisk in gelatin-sugar mixture and vanilla extract. Pour into ½ cup serving dishes, chill at least 4 hours, garnish, and serve..
