Onion Rolls


Ingredients

  • 1 lb. fresh or frozen bread dough
  • ⅓ cup minced onion
  • ¼ cup The Spice Hunter California Parsley Leaves or 100% Organic Parsley Leaves
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup olive oil

Preparation

Roll bread dough into a rectangle 18 X 12 inch. Brush dough with olive oil. Evenly sprinkle minced onion, parsley, and Parmesan cheese onto the olive oil. Roll the dough up lengthwise, jelly roll style. Slice it into 1 inch rolls and place on a greased cookie sheet, 3 inch apart, cut side up. Cover and place in a warm draft-free area and let rise until doubles in size. Bake in a 400°F oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown..
