Twice Baked Potato Casserole

Olive Cheese Bread


Ingredients

  • 1 loaf French or ciabatta bread
  • 12 large Spanish Queen pimiento stuffed olives, chopped
  • 1 (6 oz.) can of black olives, drained and chopped
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • ½ cup Duke’s Mayonnaise
  • 3 cups grated Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2½ Tbsp. TRK Garlic Herb Bread Blend or coarse ground The Spice Hunter Mediterranean Herb 100% Organic Grinder

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine olives, green onions, butter, mayonnaise, cheese and spices in a bowl and mix well. Slice bread in half lengthwise and place halves on a baking sheet. Spread olive mixture evenly over bread. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted and topping is golden brown. Remove from oven and cut into slices before serving..
