Twice Baked Potato Casserole

Fruit Glaze


Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. TRK Ground Arrowroot
  • 8 oz. clear fruit juice, such as cranberry or apple

Preparation

  • 1. Mix the arrowroot with 1 tablespoon of juice to make a paste, and then add to the remaining juice in a small pot.
  • 2. Bring to a boil while stirring. Remove from heat and cool for 20 minutes.
  • 3. Use as a glaze for fruit tarts or fresh berry pies.
