
Fruit Glaze
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. TRK Ground Arrowroot
- 8 oz. clear fruit juice, such as cranberry or apple
Preparation
- 1. Mix the arrowroot with 1 tablespoon of juice to make a paste, and then add to the remaining juice in a small pot.
- 2. Bring to a boil while stirring. Remove from heat and cool for 20 minutes.
- 3. Use as a glaze for fruit tarts or fresh berry pies.
