Cream Cheese Frosting


Ingredients

  • 1 (8oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup (1 stick) butter, softened
  • 1 tsp. TRK Pure Vanilla Extract, plus more to taste
  • 4 cups powdered sugar

Preparation

Using electric mixer, beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla together in a large bowl. Slowly add powdered sugar, continuing to beat until fully combined and creamy. Makes enough frosting for a 2-layer cake..
