Ingredients

  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 oz. instant coffee
  • 1 quart vodka
  • ½ TRK Madagascar Vanilla Bean

Preparation

Dissolve sugars in water and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add instant coffee. Cool. Add vanilla bean and vodka. Store for one month in air-tight jar before use. Delicious many ways: by itself as a liqueur, with cream, coffee, and/or brandy..
