Twice Baked Potato Casserole

Apple Cobbler


Ingredients

  • 4 cups sliced, pared and cored cooking apples (about 1-½ lbs.)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup dark brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 tsp. TRK Highland Harvested Saigon Cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp.TRK East/West Ground Nutmeg
  • ½ cup butter or margarine
  • Optional:
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts
  • ¼ cup raisins

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375°F. Put apples into a greased 1 ½-quart-baking dish. (If adding raisins or walnuts, mix with apples). Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and butter/margarine. Cut in with pastry blender or fork until crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over apples. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until apples are tender and topping is slightly crusty and brown. Serve warm..
