
Black Pepper Brownies
Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 4 oz. unsweetened chocolate
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups white sugar
- 1½ cups plus 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1½ Tbsp. baking powder
- ¼ tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. TRK Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp. TRK Coarse Black Pepper
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°F. Melt butter and chocolate together in double boiler. Beat eggs and sugar in mixer on low speed. Add chocolate and remaining ingredients, mix until incorporated. Bake in a greased 9 x 13-inch metal pan for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool before cutting..
