Twice Baked Potato Casserole

Mango Chia Pudding


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup mango puree
  • ½ cup chia seeds
  • 1 tsp. TRK India Turmeric
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 mango, chopped, for garnish if desired

Preparation

  • 1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well blended.
  • 2. Cover and refrigerate overnight or until thickened as desired.
  • 3. Serve with chopped mango on top, as desired.
