
Mango Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 cup mango puree
- ½ cup chia seeds
- 1 tsp. TRK India Turmeric
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 mango, chopped, for garnish if desired
Preparation
- 1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well blended.
- 2. Cover and refrigerate overnight or until thickened as desired.
- 3. Serve with chopped mango on top, as desired.
