Ingredients

  • ¼ tsp. TRK Indonesian Cinnamon Sticks
  • ¼ tsp. TRK Ground Ginger
  • ¼ tsp. TRK Ground Allspice
  • 3 tsp. TRK Whole Penang Cloves(about 60)
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 3½ cups water
  • 1½ cups orange juice
  • 1 small lemon, juiced
  • 1 tsp. orange zest

Preparation

In a large saucepan, bring 2 cups water to a boil. Remove from heat; stir in cinnamon, ginger, allspice, and cloves. Cover and steep for 10-15 minutes. Dissolve sugar into 1½ cups water; stir into spice mixture with orange and lemon juices. Reheat and serve warm with orange zest as garnish..
