Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 oz. cream cheese
- ⅔ cup almond flour
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. TRK Everything Bagel Crunch
- 1 pinch sea salt
Preparation
- 1. Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and grease well.
- 2. In a medium microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave until melted, about 1-2 minutes. Stir in the almond flour, egg and Everything Bagel Crunch until well combined.
- 3. Place the dough on the prepared baking sheet and, using wet hands, spread the dough into an oval shape as thin as the dough will allow. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes, checking on the dough to see if it has puffed up. If it has, use a fork to poke holes in the dough.
- 4. Return the crust to the oven and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- 5. Once the crust is golden brown, remove from the oven and garnish with a pinch of sea salt. Cut into pieces for serving.
