How Much Chilli Should I use in a Dish

One of the toughest Questions to answer
Chilli has an effect on the body, and if repeated the body can build up a tolerance to the effects, so hot to one person can be mild to another
We advise when cooking to use 1 whole pod per meal as a base line, and if you like it hotter than add a few more whole chillies, or try a hotter chilli, if this is too hot, then try a cooler chilli or use less in the dish
Flavour is just as important, and I use Chipotle Morita Powder with a dash of Naga, so I get the flavour from one chilli and the heat from another, but only use a little of the seriously hot chilli to create a balance of flavours
Chilli heat rises in a dish when you increase the ratio of chilli per meal, so if 1 whole chilli is mild, add 2 or 3 or more
